Who Can Join?

We welcome commissioned and warrant officers--Active Duty, Retired, Former, Reserve, National Guard--and Cadets/Midshipmen of the uniformed services: Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Public Health Service, and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Surviving spouses of those eligible to be MOAA members are also eligible to join.

National MOAA--in addition to its paid Premium and Life Memberships--offers a Basic (electronic only) Membership that is FREE for 3 years. Also new Chapter members receive their first year of Chapter membership free. Consequently, a new member can sign up for a Basic MOAA Membership and join our Chapter and pay nothing for a full year. (After the first year, your Chapter dues will be $20 per year) You can always upgrade your MOAA National membership later to Premium or Life by paying the appropriate dues to MOAA.
